This Agreement covers your access and use of websites operated by LC Solutions, LLC (referred to as “LC Solutions”,“We”,“mylcsolution.com” or “myLC”) through your subscription, purchased by you or the K-12 educational institution (referred to as “Your” or “Your”) on your behalf to online services accessible via mylcsolution.com (referred to as the "Services"). Access to and use of this website and the services available through it are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this Website is permitted on an annual subscription basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice.
Any update, upgrade, modification or other enhancement provided by myLC as part of the myLC website, shall be included within the meanings of those terms for the purposes of this Agreement, except to the extent expressly provided below.
If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly exit the myLC Website by closing your Internet browser.
Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at http://www.mylcsolution.com/privacy.html. By using this Service, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
You are entitled to use the myLC Service for personal use only. You may not sell, offer for sale, distribute copy or transfer reproductions of the myLC Service or any portion of the myLC Service to other parties in any way.
Except as set forth herein, no rights or licenses, express or implied, are granted to You by this Agreement. This Agreement is your sole source of any intellectual property interest, including, without limitation, copyrights in the myLC Service, and does not represent a sale of a copy of the myLC Service. Title to the myLC Service, and patents, copyrights and all other property rights therein, shall at all times remain solely and exclusively with myLC and its licensors, and You shall not take any action inconsistent with such title. You do not own a copy of the myLC Service, nor does your right to use the myLC Service constitute a “first sale” under the U.S. Copyright Act. The myLC Service is protected by United States, other applicable laws and by international treaty provisions.
You may not cause or permit the disclosure, copying, renting, licensing, sublicensing, leasing, dissemination or other distribution of the myLC product or any portion of the myLC product by any means or in any form, without the prior written consent of LC Solutions. You may not modify, enhance, supplement, create derivative work from, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reduce the myLC to other forms, written or electronic.
Except as stated above in the immediately preceding paragraph THE myLC PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ONLY AS AVAILABLE, “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” AND WITH ALL FAULTS.

LC Solutions has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LC Solutions,LLC , its owner, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
By paying an annual subscription, the affiliated K-12 institutions is purchasing access to the myLC Service and indicated consulting services for the number of students in the school or number of users indicated on the invoice (when indicated). This agreement is in effect for the dates indicated on the invoice. LC Solutions warrants for a period of thirty (30) days following original activation of a user account that the Service is free from defects that will prevent the service from running as described. This limited warranty: (i) applies to the initial k-12 institution purchasing the subscription and may be relied upon only by the initial designated account administrator; and (ii) does not apply to any update, upgrade, modification, or other enhancement provided by myLC within the subscription period. LC Solutions does not agree for any reason to refund any subscription fees beyond this warranty period.
We operate a complaints procedure in which we will try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
